OUR JERKY
Our two staple jerky's. As professional jerkyologists, we occasionally experiment with other concepts but these two will always remain as our tried and true styles of quality beef jerky.

Where it all started. Our original marinade with a hint of pepper sprinkled on top before it goes into the smoker where the hickory and pecan woods add their robust flavors to the seasoned batch.

Fatties began when we decided to trim up a brisket flat for some jerky experiments. Just seemed like a waste to remove ALL the fat so we left a bit on and created the bacon-like goodness we have today. The fat renders slightly and the rest packs so much flavor you'll become addicted and want more after only one bite.
